If you own a holiday home, apartment or investment property in Montenegro but spend much of the year elsewhere, vacant home checks can provide a local point of contact between visits. A caretaker may visit on an agreed schedule to look for visible signs of problems, such as leaks, damage or doors and windows left unsecured.
