MONTENEGRO / LOCAL SERVICES
Scheduled visits help keep an eye on your unoccupied home in Montenegro, with updates for owners who live abroad or visit seasonally.
If you own a holiday home, apartment or investment property in Montenegro but spend much of the year elsewhere, vacant home checks can provide a local point of contact between visits. A caretaker may visit on an agreed schedule to look for visible signs of problems, such as leaks, damage or doors and windows left unsecured.
Depending on the provider and your agreement, checks may include airing rooms, confirming utilities appear to be working, and sending a written or photo update. If something needs attention, the caretaker can notify you and, where agreed, help arrange a local tradesperson or other follow-up.
Before choosing a service, confirm the visit frequency, checklist, reporting method, key-handling arrangements and what happens if an urgent issue is found. The exact scope can vary by property and location in Montenegro.
